Following the Government announcement last week that Estate Agents could go back to work, we have made a rapid return to the office! We are still closed apart from for appointments only until 1st June but we are busy busy behind those doors. We have already had a number of viewings on our properties for sale and rent and, since Wednesday, 2 properties have a let agreed!
We have sales enquiries and valuation requests coming in which is a great sign for the market. Clearly during lockdown, people have been evaluating their spaces and are looking for a change (a bigger garden perhaps!)
We are currently offering a full sales package of 1%+VAT and our lettings fees are one of the most competitive in the area. Also, from June we are excited to be offering virtual walk-through viewings (more info to come) and will have our offices fully rebranded!
