"I fully heartedly recommend Kingsbridge Estate Agents whether you are selling or letting a property, I could not have been more delighted with the all round service I received from Andy and Kira. I had a lovely home with an unusual layout that had been on the market for over two years and was on a short term let over the winter. When selling, the house always received very positive feedback from viewings but needed an eye for it's potential and Andy has that eye. He marketed it with view to it's value and capacity and, even if he had not been able to find me the perfect buyer, which I am very happy to say he did, I would still have been very satisfied with the service. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"We were impressed with the warm, enthusiastic welcome we received when we first entered Kingsbridge Estate Agent’s office. Staff were interested and listened to our situation and property details. They responded promptly, visited, drew up an attractive brochure, advertised locally and nationally, including Rightmove, and always provided accompanied viewings. Their cordial teamwork in the office was a joy and excellent written ongoing records were kept, so that any member of staff could respond to prospective purchasers’ and vendors’ queries and we received regular updates through out. Once sold Subject to Contract, the personal and professional service continued and it was so reassuring during a complex process, which harboured many uncertainties.
