I had a lovely home with an unusual layout that had been on the market for over two years and was on a short term let over the winter. When selling, the house always received very positive feedback from viewings but needed an eye for it's potential and Andy has that eye. He marketed it with view to it's value and capacity and, even if he had not been able to find me the perfect buyer, which I am very happy to say he did, I would still have been very satisfied with the service.
